Lost my NFR email, any way to get another?

I signed up for the free Tracktion deal and installed it on my internet PC to play around with. Now I would like to install it on my DAW, but I lost the email. When I log in to mackie.com, it says I have no registered products. Am I out of luck?

if you allready registerd for a NFR? then (& i'm gussing here) you should be able to contact mackie with the info you have on the account you set up EG: email address blah blah & thay should be able to resend the info you need to get into your account at mymackie.com
