where can get Midi CC-Mapping/Filter plugin?

I'm looking for a plugin which can map/filter Midi CC (controller codes), such as midi data which is set to controller code 22 and remap it to 76, so that I can use the transpose commands from Dr. REX in AMG One, rather than re-entering them again.
