T2 OSX BCF mackie control mode bug

I know PC users can get the BCF to work with parameter feedback from T2 by using the Mackie Control mode, but this just makes T2 hang under OSX.

Over the weekend have tried all sorts of ways to get this working, including both the cubase and the sonar flavours of mackie emulation - are there any OSX users who *can* get mackie control emulation mode to work with their BCF2000 and T2?

I'm using firmware 1.07 on the BCF, the T2 demo and OSX 10.3.8...
