One of my (largish) edits will no longer open.

I select it from the projects tab - it starts loading - GPO-Kontakt loads its samples then... Tracktion unexpectedly quits.

The only thing I can think is that I moved the plugs around in the vst folder to organize them...

I stupidly don't have this backed up - and the next oldest version of the edit has the same problem...

thoughts???

OK I think some vsti is not playing nice - I moved all the VSTi's into a folder and the edit opened - when I rescanned I get the crash again....

the culprit was RMIV demo. And peace descended on the valley.

For future reference, moving plug-in .dll files should not be a problem so long as they are still in a directory that Tracktion has in its list..

I've had the experience before that demos which may have expired or might want to display some kind of "register now" splash page when they are instantiated seem to crash T. This may be something like that...
