BR: this installation has become corrupted

on a pc of a friend of mine this happens very regular without an reproducable reason.

what did t2 test on startup to know if it's installation has become corrupted ?

also if it is T2 is it the latest vershion 2.0.1.4? i have only seen this problem in 2.0.1.2
