FR: render clips in place

A simple one really, which I've mentioned on a thread a while back:

* Select clips
* Click "render" button or a shortcut
* The clips are replaced by a rendered version.

Any filters on the clips themselves will affect the render, any filters on the track will not.


Useful for all kinds of destructive edits and merges.
