Rendering problem

Hi - I'll be downloading the amazing $20 T2 soon, but have a show to get through first!

I have a midi track with 3 filters in this order: mdaDX10, Pitch Shifter, SFX Machine RT. When I render the short track to make an audio file, it doesn't sound the same; it's hissy & I'm not getting the silly effect from SFXMachine. Any suggestions?
