T2 Bug: ReWire into GigaStudio

I saw a post on this a bit ago but couldn't find it so sorry for the duplication.

The Setup:

1. Set up GigaStudio as a ReWire slave.
2. Create a midi clip.
3. Insert a note of moderate length.
4. Press play and then stop play in the middle of the note.
5. GigaStudio does not stop, instead playing the note to the end of the sample length.

This bug manifested itself in T1 as well.

This isn't really a problem with short duration samples such as drum hits or piano, but extremely annoying with long or looped samples such as strings, etc.

This problem doesn't happen when using Gigastudio as a midi port - i.e. routing the track output to the virtual Giga port. FWIW, I prefer mixing in Tracktion so I much prefer ReWire (although GS3's mixer is outstanding).

Thanks in advance!

that sounds like a GS problem to me!!

all other rewire hosts seem to pickup the all notes off signal from tracktion!

have you tested this in another host?

sorry i dont have giga so i cant do any testing :(

Bear in mind that's it's an option, so check it's enabled, under the Settings page, miscellaneous tab, check "send all-controllers-off midi message when play stops" is checked.
"my gosh it's a friggin hardware"

The only other host I tested GS3 ReWire is SX 1.0.6. No problems there.

I do have the "all controllers off" active. Still no fix.
