download version vs boxed?

I do not have any of the bundled plug-ins and am deciding whther to get the download (available now) or the boxed version (not sure when available)

The following questions are pertinent to Tracktion, and some are somewhat OT

Can Mackie give a timetable at this point when boxed versions will actually be shipping?

What is included with Sampletank SE? Is it upgradable to a full version?

I usually create all my own sounds from live instruments, analog emulations or in Tassman. I have a video project where I need a sitar and middle-eastern flute sound. Is Sampletank good for that? What instrument sounds are included with SE? I tried to research this on the sampletank website but it is confusing. Is Se useful? or just is meant to whet the appatite for the full version? What other products might be recommended?

Amplitude LE - how does it compare to the full version?

What about the rest of the plug-ins?

The price is remarkable either way.
