I think theres a slight bug in snapping. I am moving the clips around (snap is enabled on neighbors and on grid) and it seems to look fine until i let go of the mouse button and the snap goes to snap to the nearest grid instead of its neighbor.... weird. was not like this in t1

"snapping -> snap clips to neighbors"

My snapping test:
Snap clips to neighbours: On
Enable Snapping: On

Turn off snapping, alter end of audio clip so that it is not on a grid snap point.

Turn on snapping.

Bring another clip onto this track and it snaps to the end of the other clip. At a non-grid snap point.

It works fine. I am not seeing a bug.

I can't duplicate it either.

Ron: maybe you have a dirty contact on your mouse button? Try another mouse and see if that fixes it.

you probably have snap to cursor movement AND snap to neighbour ticked in the snapping options.

Maybe try re-wording the subject of these kind of posts as "Help: Snapping"? There are quite a few "bug" posts flying around that aren't bugs.

i have snap to cursor and neighbor yes, tingle.. isnt that what i said? On t1 the priority was to neighbor but when i release the mouse button, say its off the regular grid, but near a neighbor, when i release the mouse button it ends up snapping over to the grid, like the grid has priority or something. It's when im zoomed out relatively large area, try it like that guys.
