effects on certain parts?.....

Is there anyway to apply the effects to certain parts of a track? Say at the beginning I want the vocals to have a huge reverb on them, then after the first 2 seconds or so, I want them normal.....Is this possible? HOW? Thanks

Split the vocal clip so that the bit you want reverb on is isolated in a new clip. Now drag a reverb plug directly onto this clip..
