Problem upgrading to T2

I have tried several times to upgrade from Mackie's site. But it just won't accept my credit card.
Then I tried with my wife's card, but it wasn't accepted either.
I sent a message to Mackie (on their site)about this problem, but no reply.
I suspect the problem is caused by my address containing international characters, but it's just a guess.
I hope Beno, or somebody else from Mackie, reads this and can rectify the problem.

P.S. Other US webshops, like Paypal, do accept my credit card.

Well, like I said, I used the message feature on their website to make a complaint. I did this about a week ago. But I've heard nothing from them.
