Does anyone know if details of the legality of transfering a tracktion license. I talked to some guy at mackie's technical support and he said it's no problem. Another mackie representative email me this:
"According to the license agreement, a license transfer is considered
'distributing'. Distributing is not allowed under the licensing
agreement. I have attached a copy of the license agreement for more information."
Which sounds like license transfer is prohibited. I'm really confused.. Perhaps someone could shine some light on the subject?

We were instructed here by Mackie staff that you just transfer your access to you MyMackie account and that's it. The new user will log in, change the password, and that's it. I guess it depends on who you speak to, but it shouldn't matter to the persons involved. You don't need to go through a Mackie rep to do it.
