Apologies if this is common knowledge or thread number 999 on this, but I can't find it in the menus or the manual:
How do I delete all automation in one track?
Occasionally I forget that the damn red A is pressed, so all my tweaking and experimentation gets saved as automation. And then I want to leave everything as it is right there and then and eliminate all automation. Deleting point for point on those atomation graphs can be tedious...

No apologies needed!
First you bring up your automation (you can do this by clicking the little "a" on the right side of the track. Then select your automation curve (if its red its selected already), now choose "delete all points from curve" from the properties. Or sometimes its easier to delete the plug-in and drop another one of the same on the track. The automation will be deleted with the plugin.

Thanks, mate. I thought there might be an easier way. I'm usually all done tweaking my plugin when I realize I've recorded every move, so I'd want a 'remove all automation on this track' - but if it isn't there, I'll find a way to cope

Hopefully there will be a better way to do this in a future release.
