It may be worth passing the details on (or at least CCing) to Mackie as well - since I imagine they are paying IK a fair chunk of chnage and this unfortunately doesn't reflect all that well on them either.

Yeah, this would definately be an IK mistake, since the card with the serials is the same that they send everyone. Also, the layout of the card when it has more than one serial on the card can be confusing, and some of the letters can get mixed with numbers. So yeah, I'd contact the company, after double checking the number.

FYI, this also happened to one of our tech support reps. In his case, he accidentally closed a browser window, which caused them to think he had used the code, but it was not registered to him. He e-mailed IK Multimedia and they gave him a new code 2 days later.
