FR - tempo management ideas

here are a few ideas to help make tempo/meter changes more manageable:

1) the time at which a tempo change takes place should be displayed when the change is selected.

2) it would be nice to be able to copy and paste tempo changes - a design idea: what about tempo clips? they could be stretched, moved etc etc. There could even be tempo track filters: randomize, scale, etc.

3) it would be really usefull to have a clipwise or global "lock realtime performance" feature to facilitate tempo mapping and tweaking.

4) as has been remarked elsewhere there are two beats in a six eight bar and four in a twelve eight bar so "click every beat" should reflect that.
