HELP!! need to restore regestry in win 2000

Hi

i have a dule boot so getting to the hard drive is not a problem!

its just i dont know what the name or the location of the file that is the registry is kept

i edited my registry & lost my keyboard & mouse

any tipz plz?

Press F8 at boot. Displays the boot option menu. You could start with the Last Known Good Option or Safe Mode for starters and work your way up to RDISK from there.

But it really should re-discover the joy of mice and keyboards on its own with the next boot.

Happy troubleshooting and remember when you have a keyboard error to 'Press the F1 Key to continue'

And next time, backup the registry first!

i did back it up

just dont know how to restore it with no keyboard or mouse
