is it possible to use inputs from audiocard + USB audiocard

So I have an Audiophile 2496. I use the two steroe sides separately to record from two different mono inputs (guitar and vocals). I have a podxt live which has a USB input and output that tracktion recognizes.

But it seems I can only select either the POD or the audiophile as my input/output source.

I am wondering if there is a way that I can hear my mix through my audiphile, use the audiophile inputs to record, and also use the usb input of the pod xt.

I want to be able to record 2 guitars and 1 vocal simultaneously without using a mixer (this way I can still have control over editing individual parts of the mix.
