Using Volume/Pan filter with MIDI

OK, so each track has a built-in Volume/Pan filter, but it doesn't seem to do anything on a MIDI track.

One option is to set the option where the volume actually controls a velocity offset, but there are times where that's not really ideal.

In particular, I'm wondering whether there is any way to make the volume/pan filter send the standard MIDI controller messages for volume and pan.

Can this be done?

nope... vol/pan will not send midi cc's.

Volume will control Midi velocity if you tick the "apply to midi velocities" options in its properties.
