The creme de la creme of free delays (imo), & I mean no disrespect to many of the other fine freeware offerings when I say that, it's just that retrodelay truly is outstanding.
You can definately get some of that oldschool tape delay flavour from it.
Class.

jammies beat me to it.flanneljammies wrote:I LOVE Bionic Delay!
I try others, and always come back to the bionic delay and it's full suite of pre-sets.
It rocks, automation is easy with it. Takes up just a little screen space.
I love it.

Us delay junkies should harrass Bram / SmarElectronic until he finishes and releases that delay he was working on a long time ago... it's the most beautiful sounding of these dub/retro delays.
Not to discredit plugins mentioned already. P1 Tapedelay, Retrodelay, Analog delay, Analogic delay, Bionic delay... MFM. Just some of the great delays in frequent use over here
Regards,
JMH

Bram's teaser is a fantastic sounding delay... If it ever came out, I think it could even top Ohmboyz... kinda forgot about it, since nothing seems to have ever come of it.
very dubby.
Always felt compeled to saved some $$$ for Ohmboyz cos it's really top notch as well... but I'm quite happy with aldi's delay... it just sounds right.
