Can you drag the master volume filter into it's own window? Hey, that's super-cool! Did you make that, or should I RTFM more?

The big meter is part of the free channel strip from
http://www.vb-audio.com/

You can put them anywhere and resize to any size.
It also always float unless you turn it off.

Andrew - can you point a link to this free channel strip please? I have been after metering like this for ages but cannot see a free version at the vb website.

(Ignor the word "demo", it is not restricted)

Check out the FFX-4 rack as well.
It will allow you to use DX plugs in Tracktion.
