Filterscape and Podolski doesn't run under Samplitude
using samplitude 8.2
can't open presets

Hmmm...

So, the only thing that doesn't work is loading presets? From the built in Preset Manager or from he host itself?

Just tried really quickly with Filterscape va and Podolski, Samplitude 8.2, and I was able to load in presets just fine. Just tried with the built in preset manager.

excuse my poor english
there is no chance for loading presets
doesn't work with the instruments presetmanager
and also not with import over plugin menu "load Patch"
always causes a program crash

I have a slight problem with podoski in samplitude. Runs fine but the pop-up windows won't allow me to change a setting. For example, I want to change a sine to a square, I double click and the window pops open but it won't let me click another setting and the lettering is faded to grey instead of black lettering.
