shortcircuit clicks while GUI visilbe, but work while hidden

I am trying out the demo, and very much like what i've seen so far. Making new splits that automatically assign to keyzones is so wonderful... But, there are clicks and pops, kind of like an non-zero crossing noize while play back the different splits. However, when i hide the GUI, it sounds great?

Can anyone else who uses T2+Shortcircuit let me know if they've had problems, or no problems?

I am using tracktion 2 as a host + win xp

I got a reply from claes on the SC forum. He said raise the latency to 256, but im still getting pops n clicks. He also suggested using realtime priority mode, but this makes things really annoying cuz it takes tracktion a moment to realize i'm tweaking something.

Again, does anyone else use Tracktion+Shortcircuit? If so does it run good? I've bought the software now because i'm convinced its one of the coolest soft samplers i've ever used... but dammit i want it to work nice!

I'm testing with just one instance of SC on 1 track. I have a 2.67 ghz p4 and a gig of ram. I should be able to use like a 256 sample latency shouldn't I?

I think Mod uses SC, and has been since the early days of that product, so I'm guessing it works fine for him.

This is good news then. I just need to figure out the problem.

I just "discovered" the other night that SC is multi-timbral!! I didn't know that when I bought it! Awesome awesome awesome.
