Yeah we are aware as I was working with you until I ran out of ideas. But at this point the solution is already available, use Win2k or WinXP or MacOSX.3.9 or MacOSX.4.2.

Sorry I didn't mean to offend. I meant it simply that it is a known issue right now and we will look to solve it. All I meant was that in the meanwhile, there is indeed a solution.

Beno, that's kind of like saying because you have a flat tire, go buy another car. No offense, just letting you know how it sounds to some people.

Considering that 2000/XP is listed as a requirement on the Tracktion website, I'd say Beno has been more than accomodating on this issue by trying to resolve it nonetheless.
You think that recommending the user upgrade to the stated system requirements for the program is a "bad answer?" I'd love to live in your world, where things magically resolve themselves to suit you. The fact that Mackie is even bothering to track the issue is more than you'd get elsewhere.
So give the man a break.

Good point. I wasn't criticizing him or any lack of support, just stating how what he said could sound like to some people. No offense intended.Sage wrote:Considering that 2000/XP is listed as a requirement on the Tracktion website, I'd say Beno has been more than accomodating on this issue by trying to resolve it nonetheless.

Yes, sorry, I didn't mean to make it sound like that was aimed at you, braj -- I did catch your intention there.braj wrote:Good point. I wasn't criticizing him or any lack of support, just stating how what he said could sound like to some people. No offense intended.
