Live wont give access to any of my plugins when im slaved to Traktion. the plugins open fine in traktion.
is this a bug or is it not supposed to work like this.
also, i cant launch live form T's "launch application" button in the rewire properties box. any ideas,.

damn. for some reason i can get dope ass, swingin, funky drums with the combination of playing the drums in live(like manually, using trigger finger)in Live, then moving things around a bit with the mouse with no snap. then using the swing 16th clip setting, plus the universal swing setting at around 50 by the transport controls.
for some reason, i cant get to grips with T's groove editor. and it seems like its going to be a chore to arrange all my drums in Live, export then re import into T. any one have any tips fro T's groove editor and/or any links to some presets.

You could always just render them to audio. I haven't tried rewiring frozen tracks but that would be another possible option in Live5.Neil G wrote:damn. for some reason i can get dope ass, swingin, funky drums with the combination of playing the drums in live(like manually, using trigger finger)in Live, then moving things around a bit with the mouse with no snap. then using the swing 16th clip setting, plus the universal swing setting at around 50 by the transport controls.

for now ill do my drum mixes in Live and export them to wav and reimport in T. Seems to be the only way around. i dont own Live, just use it when i collab with my friend in his studio so 5 isnt really an option ,but i dont get what you mean by rewwiring frozen tracks?, if you cant open your vst's while rewireing, or will 5 let you do it?braj wrote:You could always just render them to audio. still some presets for the groove editor in T would be great . i just dont get the percenteges and the fact the groove doesnt show up later bothers me.
