T2: Two bugs found

1. The MIDI input option "overlay new clips containing newly recorded MIDI" does not work as it is supposed to. When recording over an existing MIDI clip, the new notes are added to the existing MIDI clip and the newly created overlaying clip is BLANK!
2. When the time bar is set to display bars/beats, changing the tempo during playback causes the cursor to jump to a new location in the song. It's as if the play cursor stays fixed at a certain minutes/seconds in the song, rather than sticking with the current measure/beat. When play is stopped, the behavior is correct, and the play cursor stays at the proper measure/beat even when the tempo is modified.

1. This has been reported before and is already fixed in an internal build for the next release.
