Self Unregistered AT and ST

I have done a couple of projects on my laptop using Amplitube and Sampletank in Tracktion2. When I copied them over to my desktop for further work both plugins are no longer registered. I have now tried opening them in other programs and as standalone and both ST and AT are unregistered. Can anyone explain WTF is going on. And especially if there is something I can do other than deleting and re loading all the instances of each plugin.
Thanks
Thanks

this is probably a very stupid question but are you absolutely sure you've installed and registered the plugins correctly on the desktop machine too?

Yeah that is for sure. I have been using them for quite some time without problems. Thanks though.

Morelia: You HAVE to get an auth code for the new machine also....
You need to log into the user are here https://www.ikstore.com/Login/IKLogin.cgi Here you can get more codes, software updates, etc.
Your username and password will be in the first auth email you would have recieved.
1. Request a new authorization code (Find your serial # and enter the Digital ID beside it, then submit)
2. Submit a support request
3. Download software updates and free contents
4. Edit your personal and product data
5. Customize your UserName/Password
>>> If you no longer have the email and do not know your user info enter your email address at the bottom of the page and it will generate a new one and email it to you. <<<

What new machine? I have (or had?) these plugins registered on both computers. I am pretty sure I would know if I had be using these plugins for the last 6 months without being registered. You don't forget going through the IK registration process in a hurry. They are just unregistered and I have no idea why. I have also used up my 3 registrations so I guess I have a problem. I love C/R registration (NOT).

I assume you still know the response code for the registration. Just type it in again...
It should work, unless your hardware was changed and the ID changed with it.

Ok, try this:
Go to the authorisation screen and check the digital ID. Log into your IK user area online. If you haven't changedd any hardware, then the digital ID reported by the plugin should be the same as the latest one you registered online. Simply enter your serial number and matching authorisation code into the plugin. It should work.
If for some reason it doesn't work, and/or you need a new authorisation code, simply contact IK tech support (use the link in your user area for priority handling) and they'll fix you up with more authorisations.

So how long will it normally take to reset or get more registration codes available. I have 1 day left of my holidays and I really want to record some stuff.

I contacted them twice. One from the user login for priority handling (?). It has been over 24 hours and I am very hopeful of a quick rsponse. Come on man, like now would be awsome, got recording to do.Kim (esoundz) wrote:It should be pretty quick. One day might be pushing it, but you never know. Did you contact IK support?

Oh well, thanks Kim for giving me some idea.
P.S. Will there be an email notification or is it worth checking my user page at IK every 10mins?
