I logged in to mackie site with my Tracktion 1 user and password. Paid 20$ for the upgrade but entered my new email which is different from the loghin email. Nothing happened for almost a week, I didn't get any email to either the old or new email (maybe I misstyped the new email, how can I check?). When I am trying to upgrade again the site says I already did...but I don't get any download link to the non demo version.
I wanted to post this to the mackie forum but they did not yet approved my registration there so I post it here.
If anybody from Mackie reading this, can you help?
Someone that upgraded can explain how the procedure works and how long it takes?

When you login to my mackie, T2 should be listed just below T1. If it isn't, email tech support directly at techmail@mackie.com, Explain to them what happened and be sure to include your my.mackie.com login email so they check out your account.

thanks, I heard in the past about My Mackie but I don't find how to login in the site, where is it located? The only place I can login is in the upgrade link...

Ok, I found it using google search for "My Mackie", never found the link on the site itself...
