Curves AQ

This is the second plugin in the Curves series (following Curves Equator), and we think Curves AQ is the first EQ that truly learns your material and makes content-aware decisions.

How It Works:

• AQ doesn't guess – it listens and makes cognitive decisions.
• It analyzes your audio.
• Decides what sound it should have.
• Creates 5 spectral target curves (EQ profiles) completely unique to your track – which are not presets.
• You then you can personalize the sound with five powerful controls, including:
  • Blending static & dynamic EQ.
  • Boosting & cutting.
  • Tilting.
  • And more.

Additionally, AQ's MixSense mode (through sidechain) allows it to be adaptive to the other tracks in your mix, and EQ with context.

Of course, you can still make notches & adjust Qs manually, but why would you need to do that in 2025?

While other plugins claim to be "smart EQs," what they actually do is process your source to match a static factory target curve—a preset. There is no real-time adaptation to your specific track and the process is not tailored to it.

Additionally, in most cases, this preset curve is locked under the hood of the GUI, meaning you have no way to personalize it. You either buy into the sound they offer, or you don't use it.
