Janski Ratatosk

Janski Ratatosk is the mischief messenger: six sound-mangling stages on the branches of Yggdrasil, and a squirrel who rearranges them while you play. Audio goes in as a message. It does not come out the way it was told.

GRANULE, WHIRL, CRUSH, FUZZ, STUTTER and FROST cover micro-sampling, through-zero flanging, living bit-crush, octave overdrive, beat-aware repeats and granular freeze. The Squirrel can nudge controls, reorder stages and mute stops on the tree without touching host automation. Tempo sync keeps the chaos on the grid, shareable seeds replay the same mischief, and four scenes can morph smoothly between complete states.

Every stage is continuously loudness-matched and route changes are crossfaded, keeping radical transformations musical, click-free and performance-safe.

Formats: Audio Unit, VST3 and Standalone. macOS 10.13 or later, Universal for Apple Silicon and Intel. Includes twelve factory presets and a fully functional 14-day trial. Licenses are machine-bound, offline-friendly and support three machines per purchase.
