IK Multimedia have been showing SampleTank 2 to eager crowds at Musikmesse in Frankfurt and very impressive it looks too!

SampleTank has had a major reworking, check out the new features:

• Switchable synth engine including "Stretch".
• Sampler synth editing section.
  
  In addition to the 4 dynamic sound parameters, envelopes, LFOs, filters and other tools allow for complete editing ability. Up to 64 parameters can be accessed for extensive editing.

• 256 voice polyphony.
• Mix panel window for great control over the mix.
• Enhanced browsing.
• Easy 16 channel layering.
• Built in mini keyboard with chords.

• Enhanced effects section with 5 effects per voice selectable among more than 30 hi-quality DSP effects.
• Master effects.
• Imports WAVs.
• AKAI and SampleCell samples import directly into the plugin.
• User presets and banks can be saved.
