Loomer has released Sequent 2 for macOS, Windows, and Linux.

Sequent is a modular step-sequenced multi-effects processor, with 11 individual effect units that can be wired up in practically limitless combinations. Use Sequent's flexibility to create anything from subtle looper and reverbs devices, to generative patches and complex manglers.

What's new:

  • 4 additional effect units:
    • An oversampled frequency shifter.
    • A freezable reverb.
    • An audio splitter.
    • An audio merger.
  • Brand new resizable UI, in light and dark themes.
  • New sequence editing tools for shifting, rotating, and inverting sequences.
  • VST3 support for macOS, Windows, and Linux 64-bit.
  • Native Apple Silicon support.
  • Various bug fixes and performance improvements.

Price: £50 (+ VAT where required).

Sequent 2 is a free upgrade for customers who already own Sequent 1. The full version and demo can be downloaded in a single installer containing AAX, VST2, VST3, Audio Unit, and standalone app format.
