Lunacy releases BEAM – Interactive Effects Playground with Intro Offer

-
Lunacy

Lunacy has announced the release of its new interactive multi-effects engine, BEAM. In celebration of its release, BEAM is 40% off from now through April 24th.

The newest installment in the growing Lunacy universe, BEAM ushers in their next generation of interactive granular sound design, textural convolution, and flexible parallel processing.

Transform any sound: sparkle your keys, spice up your vocals, reshape your drums, and launch your synths into outer space all within an innovative "hear what you see" audio graph system.

BEAM features:

  • Real-time granular processing: A detailed granular effect for shimmering particle clouds, glitchy percussive grooves, and rhythmic soundscapes. Built for speed and performance, BEAM allows up to three parallel grain engines at once.
  • Textural convolution engine: A convolution reverb effect featuring a curated set of impulse responses, including sound design by Benn Jordan and Venus Theory. These aren't your average spaces – dive deep into a bespoke collection of textural spaces designed to transform audio into new soundscapes.
  • Interactive dynamic audio graph technology: Build endless combinations of parallel and serial effect chains with up to 6 parallel signal paths.
  • Intelligent Preset Maker: Generate new presets from scratch with the click of a button using a proprietary probability cluster algorithm.
  • Deep Modulation: Harness 2 LFOs and a Macro control with a dedicated LFO preset browser and shape editor.
  • 250+ Global Presets: Crafted by leading sound designers from across the globe, including designs from Venus Theory, J.Views, Databroth, Alckemy Neuro, and more.
  • 150+ Impulse Responses: A collection of impulse responses ranging from otherworldly halls to synthetic textures. Wrap your sound in metal chains or a vast ambient space.
  • 100+ Node Presets: Dial sounds in fast with dedicated individual sub-preset browsers for Grains and LFOs.

Following Lunacy's 3D sampling engine, CUBE—which has grown to include over 1,000 presets and 280 multi-sampled sound sources—BEAM is the next step in the company's continued efforts to "revolutionize virtual sound production and interface design".

For a limited time through April 24th, BEAM is available for $59 (from $99).
