[MidiPhrase] In the new version, the following bugs will be fixed

1. Fixed the issue with scale matching misalignment (thanks to Mr. Bendel).
2. Fixed a bug that could cause crashes when using the scale matching feature (thanks to Mr. Bendel).
3. Fixed the issue where version 2.0.13 could not import phrase packs.

At the same time, I hope for more user feedback. I will start working on it immediately :)
