SoundFingers says Heritage Organ is entirely synthetic and features a new way of designing the sound of an organ.

Heritage Organ plug-in can be downloaded in VST3 & AU formats for any compatible DAW, including Logic, GarageBand, Cubase, Ableton Live, FL Studio and Studio One. A free, fully functional, trial version is available.
