Vavdo releases Vavdo S - Free Standalone Subtractive "Modular" Synth for Mac OS X

Vavdo

Vavdo has released Vavdo S, a free software "modular" synthesizer for Mac OS X designed for the Vavdo A physical interface.

The current version includes four different synth modules auto-mapped to Vavdo A1 or A2. You can of course set up your own OSC/MIDI controller or use it from its GUI.

The synths are:

  • Subtractive Bands (two parallel filters).
  • Subtractive LFO (multi-modulated filter).
  • Subtractive LFOcat (linked multi-modulated filters).
  • Tape Players (two audio loop players).
