Vicious Antelope releases free "Opad" soundbank for UAD Opal Morphing Synthesizer
Vicious Antelope has released Opad, a free soundbank contains 24 evolving pads for Universal Audio's Opal Morphing Synthesizer.
Using both analog and wavetable oscillator shapes with a medium attack and release, those pads vary in sounding from subtle morphing long synths to organic pads and from soft choir like synths to synth string sonic explorations.
The presets here are pretty much generic in terms of music genres.
All 4 macros are assigned to cut-off of the first filter, resonance of the first filter, the rate of the chorus effect device and the reverb amount to help add some new elements to the sound.
Presets were designed with Opal v1.3.5 and run best with this or newer edition.
