Karoryfer x bigcat Cello

A free cello sample library created by a collaborative effort between Karoryfer Samples and bigcat instruments with instrument banks for both Native Instruments Kontakt and Plogue Sforzando.

All notes are sampled every minor third. The recordings are close-miked, unprocessed and recorded without vibrato.

Key features:

• Sustain sampled with four velocity layers and two round robins, four octave range.
• Staccato sampled four round robins and four velocity layers, four octave range.
• Pizzicato sampled with four round robins, three octave range.
• Harmonics slides and percussive noise samples also included.
• Scripted vibrato, humanization and legato controls for both Kontakt and Sforzando.
• Sforzando version includes additional 4-voice and 8-voice unison mappings with width and detune controls.
• 479 24-bit WAV samples.
• 126 MB download size.

Requires Plogue Sforzando version 1.845 or newer, or Native Instruments Kontakt 5.5.1 or newer - only works as a time-limited demo in the free Kontakt Player.
