Version reviewed: 7.5 on Mac

After a trial of Acoustica 7.5+ I found the app very functional and satisfying to work with. The addition of a caption editor is handy, would be better to include a "screen" for the video too. However, 4 things held me from purchase, having to do with the workflow:

1) I couldn't find a quick way to navigate the audio wave forwards or backwards. Something like shift-mouse wheel would be ideal; now I have to go up & down pressing the bar with the mouse... Also no shortcut available. Not efficient!
2) no general bussing for applying effects/plugins to the whole mixed signal. Maybe I'm missing something here?
3) the possibility for multiple selection within the editing window of recorded audio. Like Izotope RX does?
4) in ultitrack mode selecting part of a track is a pain, or I missing something again.

Waiting for the next version :-).

Is there a way to import split stereo files (as filename.L.wav + filename.R.wav) into the editor? it seems it only imports MONO or INTERLEAVED STEREO files?

Thanks.
