Apocrita
Apocrita by EXE Consulting is a Virtual Effect Audio Plugin for Windows. It functions as a VST Plugin and a VST 3 Plugin.

64-bit only. VST2 or VST3 host.

Important Note
Renaming the plugin filename extension from .dll to .vst3 will cause this plugin to act as a VST3 plugin instead of a VST2 plugin. This plugin uses a version of the VST 3.6.6 SDK that I modified to fix a bug in the vst2wrapper code distributed by Steinberg. Although I have tested this code quite a bit, there is a remote chance of my having introduced some new bug in exchange for the old one.

64-bit distortion and fuzz pedal emulator with one stage of amplification/clipping with feedback and optional second peak filters. Please see YouTube channel for EXE Consulting for introductory video. Please see SoundCloud for EXE Consulting for songs that employ this distortion and fuzz box emulator. VST2 and VST3.

To use as VST3, change the .dll extension to .vst3.

This pedal emulation can produce very high gains. Please feed the output into a low-gain amp sim such as LG2Amp, especially for live playing. Too much gain and feedback may produce a very high-pitched squeal.

Extremely bad, it caused severe crash not only in MuLab-64, but in my overall system as well! CPU upsurge was enormous with heavy glitches.
