Apus

Apus is a free lo-fi virtual instrument plugin by Audiolatry, designed for warm chords, dusty melodies, soft pads, and simple lead sounds.

The plugin includes 52 presets covering keys, leads, pads, and melodic tones. Its sound is warm, nostalgic, and slightly off-kilter, with detuned and softly warped details that work well in lo-fi hip-hop, chill beats, ambient music, retro pop, and relaxed electronic productions.

Apus includes a simple interface with controls for envelope shaping, modulation, filter, glide, chorus, distortion, delay, and reverb. This makes it easy to adjust the presets, add movement, soften the tone, or push the sound into a more worn and processed direction.
