Artefakt is a collection of beautifully broken synth textures, full of dirt, noise, imperfections and artifacts. These sounds are messy, grainy and full of character.

All patches are long textural pads, mostly gravitating towards the dark, ominous and unsettling kind.
Ideal for quickly creating deep and intricate atmospheres, full of suspense and anticipation.

This library was all about these little happy accidents when working with modular synths, where you suddenly find a unique and intruiging sound, but if you touch anything - it's gone.
These moments are always unpredictable, so we recorded hours and hours of material, carefully looking for gems that unfold when you stretch them across the keyboard.
Sometimes we recorded a sound with movement, which when stretched creates these complex, interweaving textures.

Sampling modular synths tends to emphasize a certain grittiness, which is only magnified when you twist and bend these recordings. The result is a collection of patches that have a realness and messyness to them, that you just don't get with an actual synthesizer.
