Recently, I got into the bx_console emulations and I love them. They work great, so I thought I would try out more Brainworx plugins. bx_RooMS was on sale so I "almost" bought it without demoing it. Whew! I'm glad I did get the demo. On paper, bx_RooMS should be great. In reality, it has a metalic righ to it, as many older algorithms did 15 years ago. Even at the sale price, I just didn't like it at all. My most used reverbs are Softube TSAR-1 and Wave H-Reverb. Both of those sound beautiful and its pretty hard to get a bad sound from them. That wasn't the case with bx_RooMS. I wish I could say differently, but it just wasn't at all what I want in a reverb. I did like all the options in bx_Rooms, unfortunately, they didn't help the sound. It's hard to believe they were coded by the same people that made bx_console N, E, G.
