Has anyone successfully registered this to their MIM account? For me, the redeem coupon page never loads. Inspecting the page, it's a volcano of JavaScript errors, as though something vital were accidentally deleted.

I tried to get it redeemed over chat, but there is never anybody there and when I follow the instructions to leave a message for their support they do not respond.

It's a few weeks since I've purchased this and I haven't been able to download or use it yet.

Actually we had a wrong url provided here in our site - It has been fixed long time ago though. And... I now saw your message :O.
