Handy Drums- Latin Percussion & Drums

LATIN PERCUSSION & DRUMS from the Handy Drums plugin range are pre-mixed, sampled acoustic percussion and drum instruments suitable for production in music situations where authentic Latin flavor is desired. The plugin delivers life-like percussion and album-quality produced drum sound right out of the box. It is aimed at users looking for instant drum results without finicking with endless settings. The included mixer provides level adjustments to the individual drum and percussion components. All percussion and drum samples sound natural as played in an acoustic space. What you hear in the demo is what you get.

As with all of the plugins in the Handy Drums collection, the Latin Percussion & Drums comes with a clean, simple GUI offering essential functionalities such as drum mapping, routing, and other settings in a discreet, intuitive manner. There are separate tabs for drumset and percussion instruments, while the plugin is easy and straightforward to use.

All samples contain their natural room ambiance. Percussion instruments sound dryer with a shorter decay, while the drums are open and feature a more lively ambiance. Percussion instruments contain full articulations while staying intuitively playable on a keyboard or drum pads.

The sampled drumset is a 6-piece GoranGrooves Serbian Custom, resonant beech drumset with cymbals (hats, ride, crashes, splashes). All shells were sampled with dual drum heads.

The variable hi-hat comes standard with this plugin, but it achieves 6 stages of hi-hat openness utilizing only 2 notes (tip and edge) in combination with a CC4 controller.
