HoRNet ZeroLoud

ZeroLoud is an intelligent loudness maximizer that automatically brings audio to specified LUFS target levels without manual threshold and makeup gain adjustment.

The plugin implements a 4-step workflow: it records a 10-second audio buffer during the Learning phase, allows users to specify a target LUFS level (from -30 to -5 LUFS), analyzes the audio dynamics offline to calculate optimal gain staging and limiting curve, then applies the calculated parameters in real-time processing.

ZeroLoud includes comprehensive LUFS metering with Momentary (400ms), Short-term (3s), and Integrated measurements, TRIM control for ±6 dB post-analysis adjustment, CEILING control for True Peak output limiting from -6.0 to 0.0 dB, and automatic 2× oversampling for sample rates below 88.2kHz.

The plugin is designed for streaming platform preparation (e.g., -14 LUFS for Spotify), CD mastering (e.g., -9 LUFS), podcast loudness normalization (e.g., -16 LUFS), broadcast compliance (e.g., -23 LUFS for EBU R128), and stem mastering workflows requiring consistent loudness targets.
