Seamlessly manage all your IK products
The IK Product Manager gives you one central location to manage all the latest IK Multimedia products. It's your central command for registration, downloads, installation, authorization, checking for updates, and much more – all optimized to get you back to your music faster than ever:
Easily register any IK product
The IK Product Manager gives you one central destination to register any IK product, hardware or software.
If you register hardware that includes bonus software content, as soon as you've registered a pop-up will inform you of the software added to your account and they'll be right there in the software tab.*.
Manage your software collection
In the Software tab, you can easily check at a glance to see what's installed on your machine and check for available updates. You can also see bonus downloads like artist presets, if available. Plug-in not installed? Download, install and authorize in seconds. New release? Click "Release Notes" to see what's new, and update with just a click.
Remove unneeded authorizations
The IK Product Manager now allows you to de-authorize a machine, freeing up more authorizations automatically. With 10 authorizations provided, you can easily move between machines as needed, adding and deleting authorizations as you go.
Smoother sounds management
In the Sounds tab, you can easily view all your available sound content, to confirm what's installed on your machine. And each sound library is now wrapped into one single installer so downloading an entire collection takes just one click.
Use your time better
Setting up a new machine or installing a large collection can require a lot of downloads. The IK Product Manager lets you set a download queue, so you can leave it to run unsupervised. You can pause as needed, and even if you're disconnected you can resume right from where you left off.
Keep your hardware in tip-top condition
In the Hardware tab, you can see all your IK hardware products, and download related drivers, control panels and other accessory software. Firmware updates and other accessory software updates can be found here, too.
Do it your way
In the preferences tab, you can specify download locations and whether to automatically authorize software after installation.
Supported Products
The IK Product Manager is designed to support all current product versions; therefore, all the legacy products are not supported and will continue to be handled by the previous Authorization Manager.

This is probably the worst, buggiest and most dysfunctional piece of software you get by actually spending money.

Problems with this release of IK Product Manager (1.0.1):
1) We can't DEauthorize single products like T-Racks One or Amplitude SVX or Metal.
I installed T-RACKS 5 One in my machine, so I have 9 authorisations left in my T-Racks 5 One page, then I clicked in DEauthorize button but it let me ONLY DEauthorize T-racks 5 CS, not the T-RACKS 5 One.
So, when I click in IK Product Manager the program let me DEauthorize the T-RACKS 5 Custom Shop ONLY and NOT my T-Racks 5 One.
2) The same occurs with my amplitude 4. I clicked in DEauthrorize my Amplitude 4 but my Amplitude 4 Metal and SVX are NOT DEauthorized.
So, even if you DEauthorize a product, you CAN'T REALLY DEauthorize a single product like T-Racks 5 One or Amplitube SVX like me.
I would like to be able to DEAauthorize PAST authorizations.
3) In addition, there are a lot of problems syncing the software you own, for example, you can DEauthorize T-Racks, Amplitube or Sample Tank CS, but you CAN'T DEauthorize a separate module from these products, like T-Racks One, Amplitube Metal or Amplitube SVX. The app does not sync with your account and your authorizations remain wasted. So, if you have 4 authorizations for Amplitube Metal or 3 for Amplitube SVX, for example, you CAN'T DEauthorize these 4 or 3 authorizations. You only can DEauthorize the Custom Shop or a single product like Miro2 CE or Full Edition in a machine you have Product Manager installed.
Buying IK products is more like a lease/rent of this product, you can't feel that you're really the OWNER. There is always a "trick" (like auhtorization limit) or whatever to make you contact IK Team in future to ask about more authorizations if you need...
I'm slowly migrating to another enterprise who offer me a more easy authorization process and manager or can offer me a service less burocratical...
Lucklly, I own only T-Racks One and Miro2 CE, I'm looking to sell them in order to recover my money and invest in another enterprise.
Read ReviewIt's a step in the right direction, no more lost activations due to upgraded hardware and OS's.
In the app, T-Racks 5 modules from past group buys seem to not listed, not a big deal, It can only improve.
More features, like adding custom shop to it to consolidate all their apps into one would be nice.
Chatting with IK Support Team they told me that you can only DEauthorize something IF the product manager was installed on that machine. So, according to this, you CAN'T DEauthorize past authorizations. If you have made 5 authorizations and want to recover that, you CAN'T because you can't go to the past and install the product manager in that machine.
