NEL is the last vibrato plugin that you need.

--- NEL --- CLEAN VIBRATO ---
A lot of times I refrained from adding a vibrato plugin to my tracks. While I do like the sound of a lot of vibrato plugins, a lot of them also come with other audio degradation artefacts, which I don't often need. That's why I made a vibrato, that does nothing but adding clean vibrato. It's so clean, you can even enable oversampling to further reduce sidelobe artefacts, which can really make a difference on the heavier settings.
--- NEL --- VERSATILE VIBRATO ---
NEL comes with 6 different modulators and you can also mix 2 modulators with each other to find just the perfect vibrato for you.
Perlin: Perlin noise is usually used to generate procedural noise for video game landscapes, but it's also a nice modulator for a vibrato.
Audio Rate: This modulator modulates the vibrato at audio rate speeds depending on your MIDI inputs. It can even act as a phase distortion module.
EnvFol: The envelope follower vibrates the signal based on the dynamics of your input audio or sidechain input.
Macro: This modulator lets you modulate the delay directly, making this more of a traditional delay.
Pitchbend: Same as the macro modulator, but with pitchbend inputs, for the keyboard users.
LFO: An LFO with 3 different wavetables that were specifically designed to be used in this context.
--- NEL --- MODULATABLE VIBRATO ---
NEL has 4 macro knobs that can modulate all parameters and each other. You can even remap each modulation by holding the right mouse button on the modulation dragger to really finetune your modulation before starting to record your automation. I designed a streamlined workflow that doesn't even require a modulation matrix for all this.
--- NEL --- RANDOM VIBRATO ---
NEL has a randomizer button for the entire interface and also one for each modulator. Find endless combinations of parameter values with this feature! Also try holding shift while clicking the randomizer buttons to sensitively randomize the parameters. You can lock parameters to prevent them from being affected by the randomizer as well.
--- NEL --- CUSTOMIZABLE VIBRATO ---
NEL lets you create your own colourschemes in its menu and share the colourscheme presets with your friends. Also check out the manifest of wisdom for additional inspiration :).
--- NEL --- IS OPEN SOURCE ---

(not shure what he said word for word, but something like that).
I use this plugin to add vibrato when I want vibrato. Also it can make your sounds WIIIDE.
