Night ROADS: Neon

Night ROADS: NEON is a tine-based vintage electric piano plugin.

Under the hood, it is the same plugin as Night ROADS: RETRO, but with a more modern, neon-colored interface. The plugin was designed for producers seeking moody, broody vintage tones but with some modern features, such as built-in effects. Visually, it was designed to set the mood for late night sessions.

Authentic Stage Piano Sound
Multi-sampled, with velocity layers (soft notes sound different than loud ones). Pre-processed to deliver warm, expressive tones.

Genre-fluid
Ideal for music styles such as lo-fi, R&B, yacht rock, funk/disco, and pop (hint: it can even work for EDM).

Integrated Effects
Built-in processing lets you get creative, helping streamline workflow and reduce the number of external plugins.

Switchable FM Keys Layer
A sampled-FM keyboard tone adds extra texture to chords and melodies. Switch things up by pitching it up, making it suit genres like EDM and pop.

Switchable Synth Pad Layer
You can blend in a simple, sampled "soft pad" to extend the sound and create more depth and richness to the epiano sound.

Visual Keyboards

The plugin's large, central keyboard is great for testing audio. Just click a few notes to check your sound.

At the bottom of the plugin, a longer (but smaller) keyboard emulates touch-velocity; click high or low on a note to change how loud or soft the sound plays. Genius.
