Noise Enhancer

NoiseEnhancer is a VST plugin that uses an envelope follower and a white noise generator to add brightness to the sound. The plugin analyzes the input signal's amplitude envelope and generates a corresponding white noise signal that is added to the original audio. The amount of noise added is proportional to the amplitude of the input signal, which means that the plugin adds more noise to the louder parts of the audio.
